Superb modern villa, in Sithonia Halkidiki, 220 sq.m. spread in three perfectly balanced levels, one of them is below the gourd in one side of the house, because of the incline ground and it can easily accommodate 8-10 people. It is located only 150 meters from the sea and has wonderful view of the sea and the mountain at the same time.
The space
The house is located in a quiet large garden with many trees and green grass, close to the sea but in a silence place, in a large safe plot, in Vourvourou. There are two other houses, one of which is inhabited only two months of the summer and the other is rented occasionally. In the big garden there are swings for Children. Also table, balls and beach games for them inside. The house has large modern spaces with large sun terraces in front overlooking the sea and the sunset and cool at the back overlooking the mountain. It is bright, airy and very pleasant. It is fully equipped with everything necessary for guests to feel comfortable and relaxed. Two air conditioners, toiletries, hair dryer, washing machine, sheets, towels, blankets, coffee, espresso, toaster, microwave, kettle, refrigerator, juicer, all cooking utensils and food, alcoholic beverages, dishwasher, genres pharmacy, genres barbecue, beach items, TV, dvd, radio-cd, adult tablegames. All the doors and the windows have screens. In the House there is also a babycot, an extra folding bed for one adult and an other extra floor mattress for one kid. For bicycling there two bikes for the quests.
It is 150 meters from the nearest beach, located very close to the perfect beaches of Vourvourou like Fava, Caridi, Walnut and other organized with a beach bar in the Vourvourou like Talgo,..or in Trani Ammouda and Lagonissi over short distances. There are many camping sites nearby. Along the road of Vourvourou are many Greek tavernas, Super Market, bar, ATM,.. From Ormos Panagias (7Km) start cruises around Mount Athos and Ammouliani island. Also you can rent a small boat to go opposite Vourvourou in a cluster of seven small islands Diaporos with blue waters. Also for hiking there is Mountain Itamos above Vourvourou.
At 10 km lies Ag.Nikolaos with Pharmacy, Health Center and Taxis. At 12 Km Nikiti with Pharmacy, Police, Post office, Banks, ATMs.. At 24 km Ouranoupolis. At 110 km the Airport and city of Thessaloniki.
