Positive: The vibes are nice. The design is elegant and charming. All services and facilities are available and staff members are so friendly. Many thanks to Mr.Mohammad Fouda, who helped me change the upper room to a ground one helping my old mother who can't take high stairs many times a day. Many thanks as well for Mr..Emad Abbas, for a clean tidy room and sincere friendlies service. Food is various but not top quality. There is something wrong with cheese that caused my husband sick 4 3 days!

Negative: Reception staff are not friendly enough with Egyptians, as I kept asking him for a room in the ground floor for my my elderly mother, but no way! WiFi is only free in the lobby with very poor connection, and with extra charge in the room. The big trouble in this hotel is the stairs; too many stairs to reach every where, especially the beach. It is about 1 km up & down to reach there with stairs, which means impossible for old people or kids with strollers to do it, especially that no ramps to help! Animation team is not active enough which makes time boring along day especially on pools!
