The space
Our Villa is set high above the village, but with easy access to restaurants, bars and beaches, it’s a 15 min walk to the port via the Kalestrata and 15 min walk to Pedi bay. There is a bus stop 75 metres from the villa with only steps up to the property ( 1 bus every hour)
You access the property through the outside garden into a private court yard
To your left is a double bedroom with access to the courtyard and in front of you is the door to the mainroom, kitchen and shower room. There are 2 double doors that lead on to 2 balconies with great views over the village of Chorio and sea in front and to the left
There are stairs up to the mezzanine bedroom and down to a double bedroom with a ensuite shower room
There are sun beds and a large table / chairs with parasol and a bbq
There is plenty of outside space so you can pick your spot to read a book, sunbath or entertain your family or friends
Guest access
the guest could choose their bedrooms and can use all the house.
one restriction the little mezzanine over the bathroom downstairs were we store tools and personnal belongings.
