Κοντά στο αεροδρόμιο, 30' από την Αθήνα και 10΄από το λιμάνι της Ραφήνας και τον ιστορικό Μαραθώνα.
Σε ιδιοκτησία 2 στρεμμάτων υπάρχουν δύο χωριστές μονοκατοικίες, απέναντι η μία από την άλλη, σε απόσταση 40 μέτρων μεταξύ τους.

Παρέα με τούς φτερωτούς συγκάτοικους, τα κοτσύφια, που από το μεγάλο πεύκο της αυλής χαρίζουν τον καθαρό, μελωδικό τους ήχο, το "Our beloved nest", ένα σπίτι με σοφίτα, έντονη την παρουσία του ξύλου, του παλιού πυρίμαχου τούβλου αλλά και του χαλκού, είναι έτοιμο να προσφέρει μια αξέχαστη ταξιδιωτική εμπειρία σε εσάς, την οικογένειά σας ή τούς φίλους σας.
Το σπίτι αποτελείται από 3 μικρά υπνοδωμάτια με όμορφα χρώματα στο ισόγειο με μια τουαλέτα/μπάνιο, τα οποία είναι πάντα έτοιμα να σας χαρίσουν τον πιο ξεκούραστο ύπνο.
Ένας ενιαίος χώρος στο ισόγειο,μπροστά από τα δωμάτια αποτελούμενος από καθιστικό με 2 καναπέδες, μια μεγάλη τραπεζαρία, ένα μπάνιο/τουαλέτα και μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη ευρύχωρη κουζίνα με πάγκο και τζάκι που σίγουρα θα αγαπήσετε.
Βγαλμένη από εικόνες παιδικών παραμυθιών, στην ανοιχτή σοφίτα υπάρχουν δύο χώροι. Ο πρώτος (40τ.μ) με 1 διπλό κρεβάτι, 4 μονά και 2 μπάνια τα οποία βρίσκονται μέσα στην χώρο και στον δεύτερο ανοικτό χώρο της έχει 2 μονά κρεβάτια και μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει( προαιρετικά με έξτρα χρεωση ) 2 ακόμη επισκέπτες και οδηγεί στο μικρό μπαλκονάκι της με θέα τη φύση, την πόλη έως το νησί της Εύβοιας.
Μπροστά από το καθιστικό στο ισόγειο, η μεγάλη αυλή με τον πεύκο που στέκει υπομονετικά εκεί 100 χρόνια χαρίζοντας τη δροσιά και τη σκιά του στους φιλοξενούμενους αλλά και την ασφάλεια στους φτερωτούς του επισκέπτες.
Εκεί και ο προστατευμένος χώρος με την πέργκολα, τη ψησταριά το ξυλόφουρνο και το μοναστηριακό τραπέζι.
