Positive: They greeted us with wine, fruits, eggs, olives and cactus fruit that were homegrown by them. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The view is nice.

Negative: The reason for the bad reviews is they went inside the house every day and it was an invasion of privacy. They didn't go in to clean or take out the garbage or anything. We left the air conditioning on just to see if they will come in the house and they did because when we came back it was off. On the first day, we gave them permission to enter because the fridge broke down and they had to go in to repair it but the following days they still went inside without our consent. The fridge broke down on our first night and they tried to pin it on us. The kitchen is poorly equipped. Bring your own coffee filters, napkins and washing detergent for the dishwasher because they provide very little to none in some cases. There were barely any trash bags in the house for us to put the trash in. No instructions on what to do with the trash. The price included a cleaning fee but the checkout rules said to clean the kitchen, take out the garbage, wipe the counter, wash the dishes so I don't understand the point of the cleaning fee at this point. There is a separate entrance but the house is not detached. There are people living below and there are rules for quiet hours which is not clearly detailed in the listing. They didn't respect our privacy, were not very helpful. Very disappointed because the house is nice but we were not made to feel welcome at all and it was quite unpleasant in the way the host treated us.
