Positive: It looks very nice, it's very close to the beach. There were towels and toiletries (they smell great!), there was coffee as well which was a lovely surprise. The staff was easily reachable and nice. In the kitchenette there were plates and cutlery, you could eat sandwiches, porridge or toasts for breakfast but not cook. There was a fridge with water bottles. The AC also had a heating function.

Negative: The shower and washbasin were very small. And in the kitchenette it would be nice to have a towel/paper towels. The room's door opens directly to the outside, there is no hall, so you can easily hear what's going on on the street at night. I recommend wearing earplugs while sleeping.
