Summary: The apartment is perfect, super clean, comfortable bed, first rate linens. Lovely large terrace with seating for 4. Bathroom very modern, new, lots of hot water. Kitchen with full frig, stovetop and oven, microwave. But excessive noise from the building remodel in front all day, everyday, even on Christmas! Also construction noise in the building
