Mobility statement - To access the villa there is a path which is 200cm wide alongside 4 steps. The front door has a width of 97cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 200cm wide. There is one step down from the terrace to the pool area, where the pool itself has step access. The terrace is a mixture of tiles and lawn. Inside, there are 3 steps down to the ground floor bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom has a door width of 80cm, whilst the door into the bathroom is only 60cm wide. The door into the kitchen/lounge is 80cm wide. There are 13 steps to the first floor, where the double bedroom door is 75cm wide, and the shower room door is 60cm wide.
