A fully equipped three-level house able to accommodate up to 6 persons in three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and lounge areas. Our home is surrounded by pine trees and offers a spacious terrace, garden plus private balconies. The town and port of Rafina are a 5 min drive, while Athens city center is just a 40 min drive. At 10min away you can walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Marikes! Wifi, TV, washer, fireplace, and heating are all available!

On the first floor, there are two spacious double bedrooms with air conditioning and access to the balcony. On the third level, there is an attic area of 45m2, offering sleeping space for two more persons in one single bed and one folded bed (to be added upon request) plus an extra lounge area.
House is fully air-conditioned but there is also central heating and a fireplace for wintertime visitors.
Keep in mind that at 100m of distance from home you can visit a wonderful municipal park offering all sorts of sports activities like an open-air swimming pool, mini football, basketball court, and paintball.
