Three spacious bedrooms, each fully air-conditioned, are spread across the ground and first floor of the villa. Downstairs, a double bedroom enjoys direct access to the outdoor patio – an ideal spot to grab a cup of coffee and watch the sun gently rise above the horizon. The bedroom also benefits from an en suite shower room. Heading upstairs, you’ll discover two further bedrooms, each serviced by a separate bathroom that boasts a spacious bath. The front door has a width of 80cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 100cm wide. The terrace is tiled and flat, however there are 5 steps to the pool area, and a further 4 steps to the BBQ/outdoor seating area. The pool itself has ladder access, whilst the pool is surrounded by both tiles and lawn. This can be seen in the images. There are no bedrooms on the ground floor, however the door into the kitchen/lounge is 80cm wide.
