Margarita’s Villa I is one of five autonomous villas situated on a 10,000 square meter estate, surrounded by olive groves with views of the mountains and sea. Each villa is designed to ensure complete privacy from the others.
Margarita’s Villa I is newly constructed and ideally located between the center of Chania and the town of Agia Marina, close to several sandy beaches. The villa covers 270 m² and is spread across four levels, accommodating up to 10 guests.
Ground Floor
The ground floor features two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with two single beds that can be joined together, and includes air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and its own kitchenette. The second bedroom has a king-size bed. This floor has a private entrance from outdoors, providing additional privacy for guests, and is also accessible via stairs from the first floor.
First Floor
Upon entering the villa on the first floor, you will find a spacious open-plan area that includes the main dining area, living room, and a fully equipped modern kitchen. The living room is air-conditioned and features two sofas, a 52-inch satellite HDTV with streaming services, a fireplace, and an office area. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, and also has two private balconies.
