This property is 3 minutes walk from the Marikes beach and nearby are beautiful beaches also.
The nearest airport is Eleftherios Venizelos Airport, 9.7 km from the property and is easy access from/to airport with a bus (from Rafina is 30 minutes away by bus and it is every hour).
Close by from the house there is a bus stop to Athens (every 30 minutes). The bus route is connected with several metro stations and other buses. The distance from the house to Athens is about 40 minutes.
There are very nice nearby, restaurants, major supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, cafeterias, bars “tavernas”, with Greek traditional food, fresh fish and “ouzo”, and bars to spend your evenings.
