Casa Carma is located in the very heart of Lachania, a picturesque village in the pristine south of the island Rhodos. The traditional village house has been restored carefully in the „New Mediterranean Design “. A surrounding wall guarantees total privacy all around the property. The villa can accommodate up to 7 people and all bedrooms are equipped with comfortable beds. Spreading over several levels, the outdoor area consists of a spacious terrace, a swimming pool, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, and a sea view roof terrace.
Within two minutes on foot, you will reach traditional taverns as well as one of the island’s best restaurants, Sole Giaguaro. The beach is within 5 minutes walking distance – whether you prefer lonely beach sections or relaxed beach bars is up to you. For the latter we can recommend the Mea Terra beach bar. If you prefer to spend your vacation more actively, you have the possibility to try diving, (kite-)surfing, hiking or horseback riding in close proximity.
The Accommodation
The unique architecture and the classy interior of Casa Carma combines both, tradition and the highest design aspirations. The centrepiece of the house is a large, traditional living room with round arch, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. In addition, the living area is equipped with two twin beds and an adjacent bathroom. All our guests will sleep in proper beds (no sofa bed) that measure 180 or 90 cm in width. A further master bedroom is furnished with one twin bed and one single bed as well as another ensuite bathroom. Additionally, the accommodation is fully air-conditioned and provides free Wi-Fi.
We also invite you to enjoy the private outdoor area of the villa. Relax at the swimming pool or the sundeck. Pick lemons from the tree and prepare your food in the spacious outdoor kitchen. The rooftop terrace with sea view is perfect for a sundowner. Here you will also find a big bed above the roofs of Lachanias, on which you can enjoy the remarkable night sky together with your family. And if you want, you can stay there for the night.
