All houses enjoy unique views on the Aegean Sea and nearby islands and feature verandas with outdoor dining and relaxing space and fully equipped kitchens. The property is ideal for families or couples seeking a quiet spot, yet close to the village and the beach.
An old windmill from 1600, it has been recently transformed into a unique and comfortable 90sqm house, respecting the traditional style and using mainly local and natural materials.
It develops on 3 floors: On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen and bathroom with shower and bidet. On the first floor there is a double bedroom and a small en suite bathroom. On the second floor there are two single beds (with the possibility to add a third one); the room can be also used as living area. All around the windmill there is an exclusive terrace with a pergola where you can relax, dine and enjoy the view.
Stavros beach is right below the house with easy access also with kids.
