Things to know: Mail: If your stay is longer than 7 days, please contact me for arrangements. Quiet Times: Dinner party level after 10 P.M. and before 7 A.M. Trash: If your stay includes a Monday night, trash can must be placed below the curb for pickup on Tuesday morning. If your stay includes a Thursday night, recycle can must be placed below the curb for pickup on Friday. In-house trash and recycle bin is located under the kitchen sink, you are free to relocate for your convenience during your stay. Cleaning supplies & Laundry: Supplies are located under the kitchen sink (help yourself to anything you need during your stay). Laundry is open to all guests, including laundry soap, fabric softener and dryer sheets. Washer and dryer are located in the garage. Please be respectful and only use the garage for that purpose. Please place garage key in kitchen drawer next to stove after every use. Patio and Grill: Clean Grill (brush is located n front area of grill). Make sure you set the propane in the off position after use. Patio seating area must be kept clean, please remove all trash, cans, food and other items and throw away. Do not place pillows or seat cushions on the ground. Smoking Policy: Only outside smoking allowed. Please be courteous and do not throw cigarette butts on the ground in front or backyard. Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed Cleaning process prior to check-out: Please undress all beds, placing linens, bath rugs and towels on the floor of each room. Rinse and place any used dishes in the dishwasher, steak and cutting knives must be hand washed. Make sure all lights, lamps, fans, T.V. and appliances are in the off position. All in house trash/recycle must be emptied and dishes must be washed or loaded correctly into dishwasher. Shut all windows and lock back and front door. Any of the above cleaning or safely requirements that are not completed will incur a $25 fee/ each.
