3 person flat 30m from the sandy beach The flat is located 30 metres from the sandy beach and is run by a German-Greek family. Your flat is on the 1st floor of a flat hotel.
Our lovingly designed terrace has several seating areas, which also invite you to linger in the evening. The property is completely fenced. A charcoal barbecue can be borrowed free of charge at any time. In the basement of the house is the reception and our lounge with TV and free book hire.
The 20 square metre flat has a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom and a second room with a single bed. Both rooms have ceiling fans and there is air conditioning. The satellite TV (with 4 German programmes) is located in the bedroom.
The kitchen is located in the room with the single bed. It has a fridge with freezer compartment, crockery, cookware, cutlery, cooking utensils, a 2-ring hob and a coffee machine. On request, we can also provide you with a kettle or a hairdryer.
A safe is available in the room free of charge.
Bed linen and hand and bath towels are included and are changed regularly. The flat is also cleaned by us every 3-4 days.
Each flat has its own balcony with balcony furniture and awning.
The sandy beach is about 30 metres from the house. The water is very shallow, so that even the youngest children can swim safely. Beach bars with sun loungers and parasols are 100 metres away. The sunbeds and parasols can be used free of charge. You only have to order drinks.
A diving school, pedal boat and jet ski hire are right next to the beach bars.
The nearest supermarket is 100 metres away and is also supplied daily by a bakery, while numerous tavernas, fast food restaurants and pizzerias cater for your culinary needs. The cocktail bars and cafes also regularly entertain with live music in the evenings. Along the canal of Nea Potidea you can see the fragments of the old fortress walls from Byzantine times. At the romantic fishing harbour you can enjoy the sunset and, on a clear day, catch a glimpse of Olympus, the mountain of the gods. The central location of Nea Potidea means that all excursion destinations such as the excavated city of Olynthos, a boat trip to Mount Athos, the stalactite cave of Petralona and much more are within easy reach. You should also not miss our weekly market in our district town of Nea Moudania. We are at your disposal for further inspiration.
Free Wi-Fi is available almost everywhere. We are also happy to provide our youngest guests with a baby travel cot. We are happy to help older guests with a fall protection for the bed. We are on site and available at any time. We are happy to help you with excursion planning, car hire and boat hire. We can also organise a transfer from the airport to the house and back.
