As can be seen in the images the wider grounds are formed of a sloping area to the boundary, please take care and ensure children are supervised at all times.

To access the villa there is a path which is 170cm wide alongside 3 steps. The front door has a width of 90cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 150cm wide. The terrace is open-plan, flat and tiled. There are 3 steps down from the seating area to the poolside. The pool itself has step access. The ground floor double bedroom and ensuite have door widths of 75cm.
