Waterfront Villa is a luxury beachfront 4-bedroom detached villa of 210 sq m which belongs to a group of elegant villas, set only a few meters away from the long sandy beach in Kato Gouves. The Waterfront Villa is located 18 km away from the city of Heraklion and near many sights of interest such as the Cretaquarium at a distance of 3,5 km and the Archaeological Museum of Heraklion within a 20-minute drive.
Waterfront Villa consists of three floors which are connected with interior staircase and it has hand-crafted furniture and tasteful decoration. The ground floor open plan area provides a sea view living room area with a gas fireplace and an office, and it opens to the furnished terrace. A fully equipped kitchen and a dining area are also offered on the ground floor.
The master bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite shower bathroom and access to two sea-view balconies is provided on the top floor of the villa. Two more comfortable bedrooms with a semi-double bed and a common bathroom with hydro massage shower are found on the same level. Another bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub are offered on the lower floor of the villa as well as a small private gym and a playroom area.
