This lovely beach front villa is located in the resort of Gouves on the seafront and only 30 meters from the beach. The villa is well furnished and very comfortable in all respects. It’s situated in a quiet location yet within walking distance to the magnificent promenade which is lined with many excellent modern taverns, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, souvenir shops, bars and cafes with sea views and great beaches. On the main street of the resort you will also find supermarkets, shops, souvenir shops, clinic and ATM. As the villa is so close to the resort and within walking distance from the villa it is perfect if you do not want to hire a car.
Gouves is a popular tourist coastal resort village of Crete with a well-developed infrastructure, located 18 km East of Heraklion. In the evening you can stroll along the promenade and enjoy the sunset.
