The distance from the road ensures absolute peace, tranquility and privacy. The village of Agios Kirykos, in which the estate is located, is famous for its vineyards and olive groves, as well as the whole area where the most famous wineries of the island are located. There you can buy the finest wine bottles. The estate itself has a rich history, over the past 200 years, of local grape variety production from which some of the most delicious Zakynthian wines are still made in traditional ways. In the village the national poet, Dionysios Solomos - who is one of the most important poets in the world - inspired some of his most famous erotic poems. The environment in the estate is idyllic, the view to the surroundings simply wonderful and the climate very friendly to the visitor. The Mediterranean nature in the estate shows its most affectionate face as if it is eager only to delight the traveler.
Outdoor area:The villa has its own independent, gorgeous infinity 100sqm pool with open-air hydro-massage and children's pool of a depth of 30cm. Next to the pool a large roofed dining area of 60sqm with BBQ is built, with monastery-like dining table. The terrace around the pool, ideal for events, is 250sqm. The tennis court with lighting, thus permitting playing at night, awaits you to enjoy endless hours of carefree play. Tennis equipment is provided (extra charge). Children can play on the lawn among the olives, try fruit from our hedges and explore our vegetable garden with our organic vegetables. A bicycle and jogging path 800m long leads you through the whole vineyard. Free bicycles are provided. Binoculars and telescope are provided on request.

The architecture of the villa is fully in line with the traditional, manor houses of noblemen of the past centuries, enriched with all the modern comforts. This luxurious villa is spread in two levels, consisting in total of 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, with capacity up to 15 guests, offers a great variety of facilities and plenty of entertainment choices. The main entrance of the villa leads to the 60sqm living room. The 6 door-windows offer great views to the pool and the vineyard and the olive grove. At the ground floor, next to the pool, are also situated a fully equipped kitchen, four double master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The veranda is covered, has a dining table and a fantastic mountain view over the infinity pool and the playground in the olive grove. On the first floor you can find an additional double master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and two more double bedrooms (one with double bed and the other with three single beds) with their bathroom, with their own large balconies offering wonderful view not only of the estate but of the whole central area of the island.
