Positive: • Lots of space with plenty of seating in the common areas, to hang out with your friends. • Daily room cleaning and dish washing included. • Awesome (literally awesome) host - one of the most-welcoming I've seen in a long time! • Both the pool and the garden are really nice. • There's window and door nets everywhere - great for keeping the insects outside while letting the fresh air in. • Very close to a small shop (open until late at night) - believe me, it's not easy to find something like that on the island, especially by the end of the season. • Very close to a local tavern (open until 00:30), serving some of the very best fries and souvlakis we had in Greece. The place is absolutely not welcoming, but believe me, it's not what it looks like.

Negative: • The WiFi works, but it's not very reliable - we ended up using mobile data on multiple occasions. • Even tho we were informed there will be a person coming every evening to check "if there's still water in the boiler", on our last night the water supply was interrupted completely (not just the warm water, but the water at all). Not sure why, but no explanation was provided and the water was back in the morning. • The whole area is full of wasps, which made it nearly impossible to chill out in the garden without being surrounded by buzzes. This isn't the fault of the property, but maybe there's something they could do about it.
