Our villa is located in the western part of the island, on the north coast in the beautiful village of Plaka, which stands on a hill and offers breathtaking views of the sea and the mountains. The center of Plaka, located only 300 m from the house, is typical of the Cretan villages. There are many family taverns, and a small supermarket. The villa is located on the main road between Almyrida and Plaka, you can access the beach and the village of Almyrida located 400m. Here you will find sandy beaches and crystal clear water as well as excellent seaside taverns and cafeterias.
The house is located 25 minutes from the city of Chania and 35 minutes from the airport.
The villa is composed of four bedrooms each with a separate balcony. It has two bedrooms with double beds and two bedrooms with single beds. There are three bathrooms. All of these rooms are connected to a common room, where you can relax together at night with comfortable seating, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including fridge, freezer, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine etc ...
