Horizon Luxury Villa is a brand newly built Villa, located within walking distance from the lively village of Platanias and its long, sandy beach, having all kinds of shops within hands reach, making it an ideal holiday destination. The 250 m2 property spreads over 2 levels and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests in its 4 bedrooms. The interiors are decorated in a minimal yet cozy style, providing ample space for all guests.
Indoors
Ground Floor
The ground floor opens in an open-plan area, including the kitchen. The living area offers a 65 HDTV with Netflix, a comfortable corner sofa, and direct access to the pool terrace. The fully equipped kitchen right next to it is equipped with built-in branded appliances, assorted with a round dining table that seats 6 and also features direct outdoor access to the BBQ area and pool. Two of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor, one of which provides a King-size bed 1,80 X 2,00 that can be separated to 2 single beds (0,90 X 2,00) upon request, 43 smart TV, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. The second bedroom features a Queen size bed 1,60 X 2,00 and a 40 smart TV. A second bathroom with a shower cabin, as well as a storage room, can also be found on this level.
First Floor
Reaching the upper level guests can find a second living room and second kitchen. The first-floor living room offers a Play Station 4, a 65 HDTV with Netflix, Bluetooth speaker, and board games, and exits both at the front and rear part of the Villa. The spacious veranda overlooks the pool terrace, is equipped with outdoor furniture, and also offers beautiful views of the sea and Thodorou isle in the distance. The kitchen is equally equipped as the one downstairs, also featuring an American-style fridge, an island counter with 3 breakfast stools, a second round dining table for 6, and access to a small balcony. The remaining two bedrooms of Horizon Luxury Villa can be found here as well, one of them offering a queen-size bed 1,60 X 2,00, 43 smart TV, and access to the main veranda. The last bedroom provides a King-size bed 1,80 X 2,00 that can be separated to 2 single beds (0,90 X 2,00) upon request and a 40 smart TV. All bedrooms have wardrobes, fan coil units for cooling and heating, and comfortable mattresses.
Finally, two more bathrooms with shower cabins are available on the first floor, one of which also features a washing machine and dryer.
Outdoor area
The exterior of Horizon Luxury Villa covers 400 m2 and offers many facilities including:
- A private, 19 sq.m heated swimming pool, 1,5 m deep with step access. The pool can be heated upon advance request for the entire stay with an additional daily charge.
