It is located at one of the most privileged areas of the island at the least crowded part of town, offering seclusion, yet proximity to the port and facilities. Its advantageous location offers the beauty of living next to the sea, as well as an easy 10 minute walk from the port, by the main seaside road, without any stairs at all.
Its view at the windmills on the rocky hill, that rises through the ocean, has often been selected by artists as a favorite landscape to capture on canvas, as has been the house itself. Even more, the amazing sunset view is a reason to stay at home in the afternoon.
