Keep in mind that you are visiting one of the few "authentic" places in the world and the way of living in many aspects does not follow , "modern standards"
Please note that Hydra town is built on a hill and there are no street names. Most properties in Hydra require to walk up a lot of stairs . Our studio needs at least a 10-13 minutes walking up the hill . Upon arrival at the port , you can decide if you need help with your luggage and rent a donkey , which is the only mean of transportation in Hydra
You can negotiate on spot the cost , paid only in cash.
It is advisable to purchase whatever good you may need during your stay, from the shops at the port, before start walking to the apartment.
