Villa Katifes was built in 2018 and is designed to provide comfort and ergonomics for every visitor, without any aversion to aesthetics. On the outdoors, there is a sea view and you can enjoy it as you sunbathe from the pool. It has a terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue area. On the ground floor, there is a comfortable lounge with a large flat-screen TV, a banquet, and a kitchen with a breakfast table and all modern amenities. On the ground floor, the color of wood dominates in a timeless minimalist style. Cozy curtains decorate the windows and offer privacy when it is required. The house can accommodate up to 5 guests in its two bedrooms, with one double bed in one room and three single beds in the other (they can be converted into double beds and a single bed on request).
