The Space:
The property has everything you may ask for during your holidays!
It consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room, dining room and a spacious kitchen.
The cozy living room has a fireplace, perfect for those who will choose it in the winter time. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need, including a Nespresso machine, plus a washing machine.
The property features two bedrooms; the first one has a double bed and a beautiful door to the balcony and the sea view. The second one has a single bed and a single sofa bed. Two more persons can be accommodated in the living room, which has two single sofa beds. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, a hairdryer is also provided.
Free Wi-Fi is available to our guests, plus parking is really easy to find on the street.

The exotic beach of Nimborio area of Evia, is incredibly gifted. A windless, large, deep cove with shallow sand throughout its depth that deepens smoothly, with a rich seabed of sea anemones and many species of fish.
The beach is just 50m away and there you will find a canteen if you want to grab a snack, or if you prefer something more traditional, taverns can be found just 300 m away. The beach is sandy and perfect for families with children!
The beach of Porto Lafia along the coast between Styra and Marmari is just 2 km away. Its shallow, turquoise waters make it perfect for those seeking absolute tranquility. The beach is sandy and unorganized. Other wonderful options include Ostria (1km), Kagadeon (6km), Kremmydi (7 km), Lefka (8km).
The town of Nea Styra is 12 km away. There you can find supermarkets and more tavernas and cafes, as well as bank ATMs and pharmacies! Τhe closest gas station is at Marmari (2km).
For those interested in archaeology dont miss out on visiting the famous "Dragon" houses, 10 km from Nimporio. You can also visit the folklore museum of Nea Styra to learn more about the area's culture! An hour way you will find the majestic Purple Cove at Mesohoria and a little southerner the Aghios Dimitrios canyon!
Nimporio is only 40 minutes (by sea) or about 2 hours (by road) from Athens.

We suggest you rent a car. Nimporio can be reached either by car through Chalkida or you can take the boat to Nea Styra from Agia Marina in the Peloponnese and then drive to Nimporio.
