Ground Floor
From the moment you step into the Villa, under the sloping wooden canopy, youll be welcomed into a truly unique, bright open plan space with a homey feeling. Boasting effortlessly chic interiors and spectacular views, this bespoke Villa can be yours to remember. The ground floor contains spacious living areas and more specifically guests can find:
- The cosy living room featuring a 55 TV, fireplace and a relaxing lounging area. The whole room is filled with fresh air and sunlight thanks to the numerous large windows all around it.
- The adjacent dining table allows you to take in the amazing vistas of the sea and surrounding area. From the dining area you also have access to the spacious veranda, offering an additional outdoor dining spot for 12 guests.
- A few steps to your right, the fully equipped kitchen with built-in appliances offers all essentials for a self-catered holiday. The kitchen also opens up to the veranda leading to the pool terrace.
- An additional seating area for 4 also exiting to the veranda.

These two bedrooms have access to a shared spacious balcony, equipped with a seating lounge, enjoying the wonderful, panoramic, unobstructed sea views, the White Mountains and the area below. The bedrooms can be reached through the spa area or through an independent private entrance by stairs.
- A family bathroom with bathtub is also available and shared between these two bedrooms.
- A bedroom with 1,60 X 2,00 bed and 32 smart TV.
- A bedroom with 1,60 X 2,00 bed and 45 smart TV.
These two bedrooms can be reached through the living room either by stairs or by the elevator. They share a spacious wardrobe on the hallway, as well as a veranda, equipped with a seating lounge, overlooking the pool and offering stunning sea views as well.
- A family bathroom with bathtub is also available and shared between these two bedrooms.
All bedrooms boast quality mattresses with toppers and individually controlled A/C. Bed linen, bath and towels, as well as bathroom amenities are provided to all guests. Nothing says total relaxation like a good nights sleep and some well deserved rest!

The lower level hosts the 5th bedroom, 1 bathroom and the gym area. In more detail:
