It is built in nature as it's surrounded by olive trees and orange trees and has a perfect view to the sea. You can access the beach on foot as it's only 150m away.Close to the villa you can find: A.T.M. , super market, restaurants, cafes, pharmacy, a doctor's practice and a bus stop.
The villa is a ground floor detached house. The villa provides a fully equipped kitchen with a dish wash machine, a fridge, a microwave oven, an oven, a coffee machine and all the kitchen utensils. The living room is very spacious and has a magnificent view to the sea. Apart from the living room, on the groundfloor there are: A bedroom with a wardrobe and two single beds , that can turn into double, a bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe,the masterbedroom , a big bathroom and a small W.C. There are, also, four A.Cs: one in every single bedroom and one in the living room.
On the loft there is a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe and an A.C., a small bathroom and one more room which is used as a study.
