The outdoor area offers a lush green setting with sea views. It features a 76 sq.m. heated swimming pool, allowing even younger guests to swim safely. Around the pool, you will find sun loungers, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower. There is also a barbecue area with an outdoor dining space for up to 10 guests, perfect for alfresco meals.
On the ground floor, the villa offers a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area, and a comfortable living room. One of these bedrooms features a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, a wardrobe, and one armchair-bed. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each, which can be joined. All bedrooms are equipped with 43-inch TVs.
Overall, all bedrooms offer air conditioning, a ceiling fan, blackout curtains, and a vanity desk that can also be used as a workspace. There is also an additional bathroom on this floor for the three bedrooms.

** The use of the pool is free of charge. If you wish to use the heated pool service, it is available for an additional cost per day (70 euros ) . The pool temperature can increase by up to 4°C above the current water temperature, depending on weather conditions. Kindly note that the heated pool service is available from 1st April until 30th September. Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you wish to have the pool heated. Continuous use is required for the heated pool without interruptions.
