This 190 sq.m. property has room enough for all of your co travelers to feel comfortable and relaxed all days long!This house (190 sqm) is a two-storey building with a private roof garden, backyard and balconies to host up to 15 persons. It has been totally renovated in 2016 by the owner/civil engineer with a minimal style and consists of 2 independent 2 bedroom apartments (approx. 80 sqm each) and 1 single room apartment (20 sqm studio). The space and the decoration guarantee a delightful stay.This two-storey building consists of 3 apartments, two in the ground floor (80 sqm and 20 sqm) and one in the first floor (90 sqm).Indoor: •One ground floor apartment (80 sqm) with 2 bedrooms (2 queen size beds and a sofa bed), 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, and 1 living room/dining area. The sofas turns into beds to serve an extra person each. •One open space ground floor apartment (20 sqm studio) with fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower.•One 1st floor apartment (90 sqm) with 2 bedrooms (queen size beds), 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 living room/dining area.
