The unit is a ground floor home of 130 sq. with easy access to the large garden from all rooms. The vacation rental consists of a spacious living area of 75 sq 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy a real feeling of freedom as from the interior you just have to make a step and pass the large balcony windows and you will sense the sea breeze. The garden of 1000 sq. allows you to lay back on the sun recliners, rest in a shaded hammock settled under a huge tree, listen to the birds, fully relax in a quiet and private surrounding and enjoy the scenery towards the sea. The entire plot is fenced and you find a carport with solar panels behind the gate to provide our guest with renewable energy. Led bulbs are used throughout the vacation rental and dual flush toilets.

The living area consists of a really spacious open plan living room, dining area and kitchen. This space is bright and allows a free view to the outside area from the large windows doors. The dining room has a dining table and chairs. The sitting room features a triple and double sofa and a classic office desk for the guests who need to keep up with some work. A smart TV unit with Greek channels and Astra satellite connection for the foreign channels. Inventor air-conditioning units (cool/heat) and a wood stove burner will guarantee a pleasant stay during any season. Wireless internet access is provided throughout.

The holiday house offers a fully equipped kitchen with oven, ceramic cooking plate, hob/extractor fan, large fridge with separate freezer, dish washer, micro wave oven, water cooker, coffee machine, as well as all necessary kitchen utensils. Porcelain plates and cutlery as well as the local fresh ingredients do allow you to prepare a tasty meal.

The 3 bedrooms have air-condition units, built in wardrobes, window doors and full length mirrors. Two bedrooms are located at the garden with sea view featuring one double bed and one king size bed. The third bedroom with mountain view offers 2 single beds.

The vacation unit offers a spacious bathroom with bath, toilet, basin & washing machine. Also a second bathroom with shower, toilet and basin will facilitate your comfort.
