Villa Paparouna is hidden away off the Boikatika lane from Magazia to the Erimitis Cliffs and is within easy walking distance of both. It is set within extensive private grounds of which a considerable area has been beautifully landscaped to take advantage of the different levels the villa is situated in and the natural lines of rock that once formed the terraced gardens of the house. There are many colourful and interesting plants to be found.

The villa is built on two levels and has many areas to enjoy both sun and shade in privacy. The upstairs terrace leads out to a large partly–shaded terrace that has a flight of stone steps leading down to the pool.
