However the apartment is in the center of Spetses, it has a lot of quiet because is located at a point through which no wheeled vehicles can pass.

For hot water please push up the left switch at the second and the third row of the electricity board that is in a down position, outside the WC. When you have enough hot water, please push the switch in the down position again.
