La villa è un edificio in pietra edificata alla fine del 1700, recentemente e finemente restaurata, mantenendo il carattere architettonico tradizionale dell’isola. Gli interni sono spaziosi e confortevoli, i bagni sono stati restaurati secondo lo stile cicladico. Il piano superiore ha un balcone spazioso con una bella vista sul paese e sulla campagna circostante. In giardino è presente vasca idromassaggio, ideale per rilassarsi.

Presenta splendida vista sul paese pittoresco di Ano Sagkri e sulle colline circostanti. Si trova vicino all’area archeologica del tempio antico di Demetra e Apollo, del 530 AC. Nel pese di Sagkri si trovano inoltre chiese bizantine,
palazzi veneziani medievali, caretteristici mulini a vento. Le spiagge di Plaka, Mikri Vigla, Kastraki, Orkos, Glyfada si trovano a breve distanza e sono facilmente raggiungibili in macchina. Il paese è inoltre un buon punto di partenza per esplorare altri villaggi tradizionali dell’isola
