Villa Costa is a Corfu rental property, located off the main road to Sfakera traditional village, with stunning sea and sunset views. The house is a 45 minute drive from Corfu airport and a very short drive from Roda or Acharavi. It is ideal for a group of friends or a family of up to six people, (two more children can also be accommodated in a sofa bed), who will be accommodated in two (2) bedrooms and an attic.This, really value for money rental house, overlooks the open sea all the way up to the small islands of Mathaki, Othonoi and Erikousa. It is set in private grounds with lovely gardens, outside sitting facilities, balconies and terraces overlooking the open sea.Villa Costa is set on two levels.A small driveway, coming from the main road, leads to the front staircase and the private parking.LayoutThe main entrance opens into the ground floor at the back of the large front terrace.It features an open plan area with a fully equipped kitchen, a nicely decorated sitting and dining area with balcony doors overlooking the blue seas. At the back of this space, there is a large bathroom with a washing machine. On the left, there is a twin bedroom with ceiling fans and a private balcony, as well as a double air-conditioned bedroom with doors opening onto the front terrace. An interior wooden staircase lands on the upper level, which is an attic, with the second air-conditioned double bedroom, a shower room and a large space with a sofa bed, which can be converted into a third double bed.OutdoorsThis charming Corfu house is surrounded by nice gardens and it is tacked on the slops of a small hill with exceptional views.Villa Costa boasts one of the best angles to enjoy a super sunset view in the whole area.Balconies and elegantly furnished terraces ideal for dining al fresco, run across the front of the house to take advantage of the elevated position and the distant sea views.Access and ParkingAccess is through a small driveway.
