From the 5 double beds, there is the possibility of transforming 1 of them, in 2 single beds. The villa also offers cava and wine conservator, fully equipped kitchen and a kitchenette as a second kitchen, internet, lounge sitting area and dining room!
The outdoor areas are constructed in 4 different levels of activities, all offering an amazing view in the Ionian Sea!
On the first level is the lounge area. On the second level is the breakfast area, a pool of 8.5m x 3.5m with a decoration covering of sea sand and the lounge deck of the pool.
On the third level there is a fully equipped outdoors professional bar/BBQ, a big dining table, a fountain and sunbeds. On the fourth level you can find a big day-bed. The outdoor area has been designed with outmost care so as to offer a luxurious experience and trigger all of your senses regarding light, sound and view.
On top, you can find a gazebo that offers unique breathtaking view and relaxation.
Kindly be advised that the owner of the villa has done all necessary proactive disinfestation, always in line to the environmental laws for the protection of the natural life. However the property is located within the beautiful natural surroundings and contact with insects or small animals (eg stray cats, mice, reptiles, flies, mosquitos, ants etc) cannot always be prevented.
