Positive: Location, size and brightness of the flat, the neighborhood was quiet and nice, the bathroom was clean. Beds were comfortable. The view from the bedrooms to the inner garden and the old church nearby was really nice. The kitchen was okay, it had everything we needed to make breakfast and coffee every morning.

Negative: The water leaking from the ceeling in the kitchen every time it was raining. And it is pretty obvious that the leakage is there for quite a while and it has not been taken care of (old water stains on the ceeling). The general impression of the apartment is that it is not well maintained and regularly cleaned (it was dusty, there were stains on the carpet and on the couch). Everywhere you can find private belongings of the owner, so you cannot use all surfaces or closets. What was available for use was dusty, so we cleaned it ourselves. The instructions for check in and the key location were not clear enough, some picture instructions would be useful.
