This cute 84-square-meter home features two double bedrooms, a room with three beds, a comfortable living room, one full bathroom and two half bathrooms , and a fully equipped kitchen. Friendly & traditionally decorated when renovated by the architect owner in 2009 , it is ideally situated between Apollonia ( capital , 6-8' away on foot ) and Artemonas ( the most beautiful village on the island , according to my biased opinion , 6-8' away on foot )and so easy to live in ( by day or night ) , since everything is in walking distance through picturesque village pathways ; one can , therefore , be near the center and yet in a quite spot , enjoying simple life !
Just steps away from the two village centers , our home allows you to explore nearby beaches with ease since it is near the bus stop and the parking areas .Buses going to all the beaches stop very near , and so is the parking , in case one rents a car .
In the pedestrian village of Pano Petali , Vassia's house is not directly accessible by car; one has to walk uphill for about 4' from the two car accesses (road or village parking ).
The real gem is the stunning terraces , offering panoramic views of the sunrise & moonrise over the Aegean Sea and the timeless beauty of Sifnos. The front terrace ( as well as a rooftop terrace ) is where the outdoor sitting and eating mostly takes place . Still , there is always the choice of sitting in the patioa which is protected from the wind on days with "meltemia" (Aegean sea northern wind) and so as to always have a shaded alternative ! Perfect for families, groups of friends, and even your little ones or pets, this peaceful retreat is designed for relaxation and mindfulness , because of its' privileged fully private terrace with an open view towards the nearby villages and the sea !

It is composed of a living room ( that can turn into a 1 bed bedroom, if needed ), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower (bath 1), a 3 bed bedroom (bed. 1), a 1 bed bedroom - that can turn into a 2 bed or a queen bed bedroom, (bed. 2), and a studio , which is an independent bedroom with double bed (bed. 3) & an "en suite" bathroom (bath 2). A patio with an open air shower (bath 3) is in the center of the house . The house is decorated in the traditional way - a vernacular rural atmosphere - and all modern touch ups respect this , thus creating a cozy tasteful ambiance .
