Positive: Nico is a fantastic host. He met us when we arrived and also filled the fridge with food and drinks. The house is great, we loved the outside kitchen and the pool. really enjoyed chilling by the pool.

Negative: some shade by the pool I would strengthen the design - the flooring, furniture, etc. are supposed to be luxurious but we found them quite outdated (it may be that other villas are more up to date and to our taste, this is the first villa built..)
