Positive: I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Exis in Athens. The value for money was excellent. Upon arrival, I found two bottles of water and a small bottle of wine in the room as a complimentary welcome, which was a nice touch. Although breakfast is not included, there was a menu available in the room to pre-order it for the next day, and it would be delivered directly to the room at a very affordable price. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend it.

Negative: The only downside for me was the neighborhood, which felt a bit uncomfortable at times, especially in the evening. While I didn’t personally experience any issues, the area gave me a low sense of security.
