Positive: This hotel was way beyond my expectations! Everything about our stay was exceptional and truly memorable. The room was spotlessly clean, with fresh towels and bed sheets, and the view of the beach from our upgraded room was absolutely stunning. We were even given a free room upgrade upon check-in, which was incredibly kind and appreciated. The location is perfect — right across from the beach and on a lively street full of great restaurants, cafés, and shops. Despite being in such a vibrant area, the hotel was peaceful and relaxing. It’s also conveniently located: just a 6–10 minute drive from Chania Old Town, or a pleasant 25–30 minute walk along the coast. They also offered free private parking about 300 meters from the hotel — we were handed the key at check-in, which made things super easy. The staff were warm, helpful, and genuinely friendly throughout our stay. Every day, we returned to the room to find a new towel animal creation — such a sweet and fun extra touch that made us smile each time. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, this hotel offers incredible value for money. It’s clean, well-located, and clearly run with care and attention to detail. I truly appreciate all the staff and workers there — thank you for a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!
