Positive: It was very roomy with separate spaces. The overriding outstanding feature is that it’s literally 10 meters away from a beach and has a dedicated parking right up front

Negative: Other places provide some curtesy coffee etc but it’s not a deal breaker. I’d recommend a softer light from the fixtures.
