Positive: The place is designed very well, the view is amazing, the staff was really nice, friendly, and helpful, the level of cleanliness is really high. Everything was perfect. We would love to visit again.

Negative: We tried to cancel the reservation for free on the day after the free cancellation deadline, due to an unexpected personal situation that came up. They refused to make an exception, which left us with a bit of a bitter taste, but we understand, it's their business and rules are rules.
