Summary: The property and rooms were great! The only negative experience we had was the night before our checkout. We were approached by a staff member (non management) to pay in cash for a transfer that was already charged to our room. The night before checkout, we asked for a breakdown of charges for review prior to checkout. We looked at each transfer on the list and everything had been accounted for. When the staff member demanded a cash payment at checkout, we tried our best to communicate that nothing was missing and paying 40 euro in cash would, in fact, be a double payment since we had already been charged for it in our room charges. When we requested to speak with management, the staff member said it was not possible and became increasingly more agitated towards us. Not only was this unprofessional but left a very bad impression of the hotel. I do not appreciate being taken advantage of and this was more about principle than it was about the money itself. If you are staying here, please be mindful of room charges and make sure you are not being double charged for transfers!
