Positive: • The house offers a truly beautiful view and a spacious garden. • Large swimming pool with a designated children’s area. • Direct access to the beach. • Very good and convenient location.
Negative: • There are a lot of mosquitoes, which makes it nearly impossible to use the pool or go to the beach in the evening. • Essential supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and dishwasher capsules were not sufficiently provided. We were told refills had been done once and should have lasted, but we only found out at the end of the stay that supplies are only provided for the first day, regardless of the length of stay. It would have been very helpful to know this in advance. • No shops are nearby, so having a car is absolutely necessary. • Cleaning was not thorough; some areas appeared to have been done very quickly rather than with proper attention. • At the end of the stay, we were informed that we had to dispose of all the garbage ourselves. While initially this did not seem like a major issue, the nearest disposal point was a 5-minute drive away. For a group of 8 people, including a 3-year-old child and with a lot of luggage, this was quite inconvenient. • The entrance to the villa is via a very steep slope (approx. 45%) with sharp curves. Access with a large car is extremely difficult, almost impossible.
Summary: Beautiful location and great facilities, but the practical inconveniences made the stay less comfortable than expected.
