Set in the picturesque village of Agia Efimia the house has spectacular views over the Ionian Sea. The villa is nestled in a lush hillside set around a large courtyard surrounded by olive trees in a property of 2500 m^2 offering privacy.
Being very proud of our beautiful garden with bougainvilleas and many other colorfull flowers, the house has also a nice barbecue, 2 eating areas offering breathtaking scenery over the pool to the sea.
Based up an 600 metres private drive the villa offers easy access to the village of Agia Efimia, a traditional Greek village with bustling tavernas and yachts that moor up in the late afternoon. Lovely beach 10 minute's walk from the villa.
