Summary: At check in I was informed about construction work that would be carried out during the day from 11am onwards and thought that’s fine as I’d be out exploring Seoul. However, at 7am I was woken up by loud drilling noises as if it were next to my room (turns out it was directly below). I thought this is annoying but this must be a mistake so didn’t complain, ended up happening again the next day. Ended up complaining the second day but all they could offer me was a room switch but at this point I was checking out the next day, so didn’t want to pack, unpack and repack. Not particularly happy with the service as this shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
