«Sun-n-Waves» is a newly-built modern, independent home, elevated from its garden, at “KOKKINO LIMANAKI” Rafina , near the airport EL.VENIZELOS , 250m from the sandy beach , 1km from the port with destinations to the Aegean islands, and just 30 minutes from the city of Athens.
This house is located in an amazing area and has a great view to the sea , that can be enjoyed from its big balcony. At night you can even hear the sound of the waves!(that’s why we named it ‘’Sun-n-Waves’’). It has easy access to shops, restaurants, café’s , banks, pharmacy, church, etc.
The house consists of 2 comfortable air-conditioned bedrooms with double beds (150x200cm), hypoallergenic mattresses , a 32’TV in both bedrooms , free Wi-Fi , house alarm , a desk station , ample closet space , a kitchen , a bathroom and a dining room. The kitchen is especially equipped with a stove with oven, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a toaster, coffee makers (filter/frappe’/espresso).
We also offer a hair dryer, an iron, hangers, bath towels, shampoo’s and soaps. Cleaning and towel changing is every other day.
