A 300sqm private villa built on a dreamlike spot in the area of Akrotiri in Chania, overlooking the bay of Kalathas. This luxurious villa is designed and decorated in a unique modern style, offering 6 bedrooms and spacious living areas. It is built on a 4.500sqm plot of land and has a huge private pool of 125sqm and a big lawn garden with palm trees.Being only a 10minute walk away from the sandy beach of Kalathas and a few kilometers away from the picturesque city of Chania, this amazing villa ensures a delightful and relaxing holiday in the island of Crete.
The ground floor is open plan and includes a spacious living room with a fireplace next to a dining area for eight people with a large balcony overlooking the bay of Kalathas. After this comes a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances. On the same level there is also a WC. From the living room there is access to a big covered veranda with space for 15 people.
The first floor consists of a large 80sqm master bedroom with a walk-in-closet, a seating area, a safety box, ceiling mounted plasma TV, DVD and air conditioning units. The bedroom has en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi, separate shower, two sinks and a toilet. Next to it there is a twin bedroom which shares the bathroom ideal for young children which their parents stay in the master bedroom. There is also an office area where it is possible to view the security cameras that cover the house and garden area.
On the lower ground floor there are three double bedrooms and one twin. Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with showers and the other two share a bathroom with a shower.
Air condition, TVs and DVDs are provided in every room which also have wardrobes.
The house is built on a huge plot of land of 3.400sqm and the garden has lawn and tall palm trees. Around the house are three balconies plus a side terrace of 400sqm.
A really big private pool of 125sqm is there to cool you down as well as comfortable sun loungers to help you get a wonderful tan.
At the side of the house is a large parking space for 12 cars, a small garage and storage room and a big double garage with electrically controlled door. The main entrance has a large electronic gate with intercom.
The villa offers beautiful panoramic views of the Kalathas bay and some the most amazing sunsets that will surely be unforgettable to its guests.
